Job description
Are you interested in finance and eager to gain hands-on experience in treasury operations within an international environment? Join our dynamic Treasury team, as a Junior Treasury Analyst. In our corporate office in Brussels, Belgium, you will contribute to financial analysis, cash management, and process optimisation across a growing network of companies.
In this role you will
Perform financial statement analysis, assess credit risk of the subsidiaries that require financing, and prepare funding request packages for submission to top management in collaboration with local controllers and leaders.
Get involved in core treasury operations by assisting with weekly payment cycles and monitoring overdue intercompany payables.
Contribute to the monthly closing process & oversee the daily management of internal loan portfolios by following up on due internal loan reimbursements and collaborating with legal and relevant departments.
Take part in cash management and repatriation exercises by assisting with regular dividend campaigns and targeted strategic upstreams.
Assist in promoting treasury policies and best practices to support the development and maintenance of treasury-related guidelines.
Help improve treasury reporting, with a focus on existing tools and supporting regular updates of key reports.

Education: Graduated with a master’s degree in economics, finance or accounting from a top university.
Language: Excellent English, both oral and written, is a must. French is a plus.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), solid knowledge of accounting and financial statements analysis basics.
Personal skills: Result driven, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, comfortable with numbers. Experience in a large corporate and/or in treasury/corporate finance is an advantage.
