Role Responsibilities As an Agent in Training, you will

• Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve or exceed monthly production and performance objectives
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting, and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills We are seeking a proactive sales professional with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior sales experience with a record of achieving or exceeding goals
• Property & Casualty License preferred (not required; willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License preferred (not required; willingness to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual skills are a plus
