Data Scientist

 

• Develop and maintain econometric models to measure marketing effectiveness, attribution, and incrementality across multiple channels and touchpoints
• Design and execute controlled experiments (A/B tests, geo-experiments) to validate marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
• Build predictive models for customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and acquisition cost optimization
• Analyze complex marketing datasets from multiple vendors and platforms to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with central performance marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and statistical models
• Develop AI agents and automated analytical workflows that codify marketing analysis expertise and scale insights generation
• Work with AIOps engineering teams to productionize analytical models and AI agents into scalable, automated systems
• Partner with software engineers to integrate GenAI capabilities into marketing analysis workflows and decision-making processes
• Work with data engineers to ensure marketing data quality and implement scalable data processing pipelines
• Develop marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution solutions to guide budget allocation decisions
• Create automated reporting and dashboards that provide real-time insights into marketing performance
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in data science roles with focus on marketing analytics or econometrics
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling
• Deep understanding of econometric and statistical modelling methodologies
• Experience with developing marketing mix modelling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution solutions to guide budget allocation decisions
• Experience with optimization frameworks for marketing performance and budget allocation
• Hands-on experience working with Google Analytics data and other marketing platforms
• Experience with marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, and causal inference methods
• Familiarity with marketing data sources and platforms (Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical modelling techniques including regression analysis and time series analysis
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple marketing vendors and sources
• Understanding of marketing concepts including customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and ROAS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

 

Desired:

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or AI agent development for analytical applications
• Understanding of how to codify analytical expertise into automated systems and workflows
• Agency experience or client-side performance marketing background
• Experience in the gambling/gaming sector or similar regulated industries
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms
• Knowledge of Bayesian methods and advanced statistical techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
• Understanding of privacy regulations and their impact on marketing measurement
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies
• Knowledge of marketing technology stack and data integration challenges
