As a Supervisor-Assembly, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Supervisor-Assembly is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for the department, leading a team of skilled team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The Supervisor - Assembly oversees teams performing mechanical and electrical assembly, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves supporting team members with complex schematics, blueprints, and Oracle ERP for inventory and supply management.
