Role Overview
As a member of Experian's Global Security Office within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function, you will be part of a dedicated team of system security administrators in the Global Security Administration division.
You will support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by performing routine system security administration tasks. We manage these tasks through service requests and incident tickets, with the company focusing on access provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews for internal employees and/or external clients. We perform all activities according to the Global Security Policy and Standards requirements and following ISO/IEC 27001 security best practices. You will report to the System Security Administrator Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow documented process for the provisioning/deprovisioning of access and/or remediation of issues about access to main applications within GSA scope; follow set Service level agreements and OLS and recommending process improvements where applicable.
- Support the access management lifecycle across all applications within GSA scope; including Access Reviews, Compliance Tasks, Role-based Access implementation and Clean-up activities of legacy entitlements.
- Be document custodian for internal procedures to ensure regular revisions for accuracy and relevance.
- Work with other BAU team members and raise concerns to management to lead continuous improvements.
- Help with governance type activities by reporting and help investigating hazards and potential risk events to improve the immediate gap while also finding ways to prevent/alert on re-occurrence.
- Assist the IAM Assurance function in risk assessment sessions for BAU platforms to help identify and address any risks or areas of improvements and supporting audit calls/meetings.
- Assist IAM Engineering function in testing new system capabilities (i.e. IDC new forms, system connectivity with IDC, among other).
- 2+ years of experience in an IT access security administration role with awareness of IAM principles.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis on incidents and problems to support resolution.
- Experience collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of information security frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800.53 and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Must have a basic understanding of automation concepts and interest in developing skills in scripting and processing automation. While hands-on experience is not required, we require a willingness to learn and apply automation in future tasks.
