You will also play an active role in continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Solution Support

  • Perform root cause analyses on issues to define, document, and implement preventative actions that continually improve solution performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions that increase stability across our system landscape.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to reduce repeat issues and support the design and implementation of improvements.
  • Continually assess and implement strategies to reduce inefficient work and contribute to the stability of our technical and functional solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry and technology trends, seeking system improvement opportunities through peer learning and collaboration.

Standards, Documentation & Quality

  • Document system solutions in the context of business processes to enable knowledge sharing and end-user training across the group.
  • Support upskilling of team members through sharing process and system knowledge, particularly on more complex issues.
  • Support key business contacts in performing audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify and escalate risks to ensure the reliability and stability of our solution architecture.
  • Prioritise security to protect intellectual property, mitigate cybersecurity threats, and maintain regulatory compliance and data quality.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing D365 F&O applications, with a strong understanding of Finance and Procurement modules.
    • Proven experience supporting users through incident management, service requests, and system troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
    • Experience working with integration tools to troubleshoot and support integrations between D365 F&O and other business systems.
    • Microsoft certification in D365 is beneficial but not essential.
