Job description

Programme Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream programmes within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop plans, roadmaps, and manage dependencies across functions.
  • Maintain key programme documentation
  • Govern change requests and ensure structured delivery controls.

Governance & Risk

  • Run governance forums with clear reporting and escalation.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Deliver concise updates and manage cross-team coordination.
  • Communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Business Change & Benefits

  • Drive readiness activities including processes, training, and adoption.
  • Ensure smooth transition into operations.
  • Track and manage benefits and performance metrics.

Leadership

  • Guide and support project teams and workstream leads.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Degree in Project Management or equivalent field
  • 10 –12+ years in programme/project management in complex environments.
  • Strong experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and change delivery frameworks.
  • Skilled in planning, budgeting and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile or similar methods.
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder influence.
