Supply Chain Manager - Atelier du Parfumeur

Are you ready to take ownership of an end to end Supply Chain within an industrial manufacturing environment and drive operational excellence?

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating the full Supply Chain of a fragrance concentrate manufacturing site. From demand planning to customer delivery, you will ensure high performance across operations while balancing service level, cost efficiency, safety and compliance.

Reporting directly to the Site Director, you will drive integration across Production, Planning, Logistics and Maintenance, with a strong focus on synchronization of resources and operational excellence.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead and drive the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy at site level

• Animate and own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

• Translate demand into robust, capacity-driven production plans

• Balance priorities between customer service, cost, risk and capacity constraints

• Define and monitor industrial performance via key KPIs (OTIF, OEE, yields)

• Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory optimization and material flows

• Ensure efficient maintenance operations (preventive & corrective) to maximize equipment reliability

• Foster a strong Health, Safety & Compliance culture across all activities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, safety and efficiency

• Provide transversal leadership across Production, Planning and Logistics teams

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent)

• 8–12 years of experience in industrial Supply Chain management

• Strong experience in S&OP, production planning and customer-facing roles

• Experience in chemical, fragrance, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries is a plus

• Proven track record managing complex operations and cross-functional teams

• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and planning tools (GPAO)
