Job description
The Arizona Fall League is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join the AFL team for the 2026 season (October through mid-November). The role will report directly to the Lead Graphic Designer and Communications Supervisor and assist with day-to-day social content execution.
Responsibilities
- Edit daily graphics for all AFL social platforms (lineup graphics, postgame graphics, etc)
- Work alongside Lead Graphic Designer and Communications Supervisor to create graphics for “jewel events” such as the AFL’s Fall Stars game
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while creating high quality content
- Be part of conversations for recurring projects
- Stay current on design and social trends
Qualifications & Skills
- BA in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of Asana, Google apps and MS Office apps
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of multiple social media platforms – specifically Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of baseball is a plus as it pertains to sports graphics
- Ability to work night, weekends and overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
