POSITION SUMMARY: The Safety and Security Manager (SSM) is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening World Relief Sudan’s safety and security management system across all operational areas. The role ensures that appropriate policies, procedures, and controls are in place to enable safe and effective program delivery in complex and high-risk environments. The SSM provides analysis, guidance, training, and oversight to support informed decision-making, balancing program criticality with risk management. The SSM reports to the Country Director who retains accountability for safety and security. The SSM reports technically to the Global Safety and Security Manager in Home Office.
