Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, guest-focused hospitality professional to join the prestigious Club Sofitel team on Level 35.

As a Club Sofitel Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering personalised luxury experiences for our valued Club guests. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout their stay, you will ensure every interaction reflects the elegance, warmth, and exceptional service standards synonymous with the Sofitel brand.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Club Sofitel team, fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Support the Club Manager with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and ongoing training of team members
  • Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews, including development planning and coaching initiatives
  • Prepare and manage team rosters in line with operational requirements and budget expectations
  • Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to coordinate guest recognitions and personalised experiences
  • Uphold exceptional Reception standards, including seamless check-in/check-out processes and Concierge services
  • Coordinate bookings and operations for the Club Sofitel Business Centre and Boardroom
  • Maintain superior Food & Beverage service standards, including stock management and inventory control aligned with occupancy forecasts

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a luxury hotel in a Front Office & Food & Beverage position

• Previous supervisory experience preferred 

• Strong focus on guest and team relations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Opera an advantage

• Ability to build rapport and interact professionally with guests and team
