The Lumber Manufactory (TLM) is building the future of sustainable lumber with next-generation sawmill technology. We design and operate state-of-the-art modular sawmills that produce high-grade dimensional wood products with greater efficiency and less waste. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. You'll partner directly with senior executives to manage complex calendar and travel schedules, protect focus time, and keep executive days running seamlessly.
Location: This role is based in the Seattle area and requires office presence 5 days a week.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage complex calendars for multiple senior executives, coordinating meetings, minimizing conflicts, and ensuring strategic use of their time.
- Prepare for meetings by creating agendas, gathering materials, and following up on action items to keep projects moving forward.
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary management.
- Manage communications by filtering emails, fielding phone calls, and serving as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Support special projects and initiatives by coordinating resources, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports that support decision-making and external communications.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support team and operational needs as they evolve.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar high-level administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Proven track record managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with sensitive information.
- Experience with project management or task tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, or similar) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or professional certification in business administration is preferred.
The expected starting annual base salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and background. Our compensation and benefits package includes comprehensive health coverage, life insurance, and flexible time off. The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
