Responsibilities Participates actively in new product transfer, testing the reliability of prototypes and managing the transition into production Understand design and performance requirements, process flow and process capability, and lead production teams to develop new products that meet performance targets Resolve fit or function issues of parts, assemblies and equipment integration. Revise mechanical specifications when is needed. This include redesign products or components to meet cost objectives, component technology obsolescence and customer requirements. Understand Mechanical Cosmetic requirement to meet customer expectation. Perform mechanical part qualification and safety buyoff Meet accelerated project schedules; communicate and manage risks Develop and maintain high yields while adhering to project schedules Play the role of FMEA lead and involve in LEAN activities Able to work independently and as a team, possess multi-tasking skill Qualifications Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Optical Sciences, or a closely related technical discipline. Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across functions and supports technical discussions with data and analysis. Demonstrated ability to think critically and work independently to develop ideas and translate new concepts into practical, results-driven solutions.
