Responsibilities The TCU LPN implements all aspects of the nursing process based upon the medical needs of the patient/resident. He/she assesses and interprets patient/resident information and implements patient/resident care plans. The LPN acts in a supervisory position to provide direction and leadership to GNAs and other support staff. Requirements Must possess a high school diploma or GED One year experience in medical/surgical area along with experience in subacute and/or long term care Must be a licensed practical nurse in the state of Maryland CPR certified Min USD $29.45/Hr. Max USD $48.59/Hr.
