Overview Under the direction of the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting, the HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst concentrates on developing and designing employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to create efficiencies, assist, and meet regulatory requirements for the Human Resources Operations Team. The HRIS Reporting role is responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop meaningful, accurate reports. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM reports and dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, including standard, ad‑hoc, scheduled, and analytical reporting. Act as a primary point of contact for General HR reporting, partnering with business stakeholders, functional leads, and end users for requirement gathering, managing change requests, and delivering effective reporting solutions. Independently manage end-to-end report delivery—from requirement analysis and development to testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing enhancements—with minimal supervision. Build and support reports across Core HR and additional HCM modules such as Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent Management, and Help Desk as needed. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, compliance, reporting security, and optimal performance while meeting agreed timelines and business expectations. Perform first‑level issue analysis, troubleshoot reporting anomalies, and validate outputs against source data and user requirements. Develop and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and KPIs to support strategic HR decision‑making, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate HR data integrity and compliance analysis, surfacing insights and corrective actions to HR leadership and tracking ongoing improvements. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams when development support is required. Provide post‑deployment support, conduct user training, and educate stakeholders on report usage and best practices. Recommend and drive process improvements within reporting and dependent upstream/downstream processes. Offer functional reporting guidance to junior team members as required, without formal people‑management responsibility. Functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules is a strong advantage; exposure to integrations or data loads is beneficial but not core to the role. About you Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years' experience building and testing reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher. General HR process and/or data experience. Proven strength and experience utilizing various reporting tools and MS Excel for a variety of data analysis needs. Proficient in MS Office applications including Word & PowerPoint. Desired: Requirement gathering and documentation. Oracle HCM security experience. Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience. Essential Work Traits: Technical creativity - Ability to identify, analyze, and summarize data in order to solution problems. Analytical Skills - Collecting information from diverse sources, applying professional principles in performing various analyses; summarizing the information and data in order to solve problems. This includes expertise in mining data and standard methods of analysis. Attention to Detail - pays close attention to details, surfaces issues along with suggestions for corrective action, continuously checks processes or tasks for quality, tests and validates results against core data or customer requirements to ensure quality and accuracy. Excellent Critical Thinking - Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Initiative - Working independently and exercising initiative by taking general instruction and translating into executable tasks and processes. Project Management and Organizational Skills - Following up on project tasks for multiple projects running concurrently; seeing projects through to completion and meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
