Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Adult Day Program Austin, TX • Full-Time • On-site
About the Role Join a person-centered day program where ABA meets real life. We support adults with disabilities in building communication, social, vocational, and independent living skills — all within small group settings with a 1:4 staff-to-client ratio. As our BCBA, you'll own the clinical picture: assessments, individualized programming, RBT supervision, and behavior intervention planning when needed.
What You'll Do
· Conduct intake assessments using EFL, AFLS, and other clinical tools
· Develop individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior plans
· Complete FBAs and BMPs as needed
· Design data sheets, visuals, and materials to bring plans to life
· Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
· Train staff in data collection, prompting, reinforcement, and behavior reduction protocols
· Collaborate with caregivers, guardians, and outside providers
· Complete progress and treatment plan updates every 6 months
What You Bring
· Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
· Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
· Current Texas Behavior Analyst License (in good standing)
· Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
· Current CPR/First Aid
· Strong coaching and collaboration skills
· Reliable transportation
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Clinic-based • Minimum 2 hours daily office time • Occasional community events outside business hours
