Mission of the Role

We're looking for someone to help build Seoul Robotics' path into the capital markets. We're preparing for a KOSDAQ technology-track IPO, and we need someone to own the full capital markets workstream — IPO execution, disclosure & governance, and IR. Join us at the Associate level and build your own track, or come in as a Senior to drive the full cycle. Either way, you'll work directly with our lead underwriter, the Korea Exchange (KRX), external counsel, and global investors — sitting at the center of the company's most important strategic conversations.

You don't need to walk in with every skill already mastered. What we need is someone who can take a fuzzy problem, define it, learn what's missing, and see it through. Ownership and learning agility are what we hire for — everything else, we'll build together.

Key Responsibilities

IPO Execution (45%)

  • Drive the KOSDAQ technology-track listing — work with the lead underwriter and manage KRX review (pre-consultation, expert panel, on-site due diligence); prepare and own the listing application and supporting documents.
  • Manage the technical evaluation process with external assessment agencies (initial evaluation and re-evaluation).
  • Pre-IPO investment management — review investment agreements, amendment letters, and governance clauses (drag/tag-along) in coordination with external counsel.

Investor Relations (30%)

  • Build and maintain IR Decks in both Korean and English.
  • Lead overseas investor NDRs and draft term sheets.
  • Run quarterly investor updates.
  • Partner with BD on revenue projections, valuation, and pricing policy.
  • Design revenue recognition policy and OPEX (recurring revenue) structure.

Disclosure, Governance & Shareholder Meetings (25%)

  • Lead annual and quarterly disclosure filings.
  • Run regular and special shareholder meetings — agenda preparation, KSD notice delegation, voting management.
  • Run board operations — agenda, articles of incorporation amendments, outside director governance.

Ad hoc — Business Development Support

  • Review contract structures for government-funded project bids.
  • Analyze contract structure and pricing for global OEM Pilot/PoC deals.
  • Provide financial backup on large deals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, IR, or capital markets (Associate level); 6+ years for Senior level.
  • Native-level Korean and business-fluent English. This is non-negotiable. You will run NDRs with overseas investors, write English IR Decks, and coordinate with foreign counsel directly.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of: IPO execution, public-company disclosure, IR, or shareholder/board operations.
    • Ownership mindset — you take a fuzzy problem, define it yourself, and drive it to closure without being asked twice.
    • Learning agility — you're comfortable diving into unfamiliar regulation, accounting, or commercial structures and making them your own.
    • Solid financial modeling and valuation fundamentals.
    • Strong business writing in Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed at least one IPO cycle (any track).
  • Korea technology-track IPO experience.
  • AICPA / KICPA / CFA.
  • Working knowledge of K-IFRS, the Capital Markets Act, and the Commercial Act.
  • Background in an accounting firm, securities firm ECM, VC, PE, or M&A advisory.
  • Domain knowledge in autonomous driving, robotics, or deep tech.
  • Third language (Japanese, Chinese, etc.).
