Job Description
The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing hardware asset data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in data visualization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze hardware asset data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow, Power Bi and Dataiku to provide visibility into asset performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on data analysis best practices.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within IT asset management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Python).
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
