Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing hardware asset data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze hardware asset data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow, Power Bi and Dataiku to provide visibility into asset performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on data analysis best practices.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within IT asset management.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Python).

• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
