About the Role:

PWC is seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Specialist with expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, Activity Management, and Analytics modules to join our team focused on enhancement and support projects. The role will be responsible for functional support, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring the Kronos workforce management system continues to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Kronos Timekeeping, Accrual, Activity Management, and Analytics modules.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Operations, IT) to understand issues, define solutions, and implement system changes.
  • Assist in the configuration and testing of Kronos modules, ensuring alignment with business policies and labor regulations.
  • Support the design and deployment of accrual rules, timekeeping schedules, attendance policies, and activity tracking configurations.
  • Perform impact analysis and regression testing for requested enhancements and system upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution or escalate as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (integration, data hub) to support end-to-end solutions.
  • Monitor system usage, variability in data, and analytics reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Train and assist end-users and administrators on functional aspects of Kronos modules.
  • Participate in change management, release planning, and support deployment of enhancements.
  • Stay current on Kronos product updates, best practices, and compliance requirements, recommending improvements where applicable.
