What You'll Do
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Current Openings — Full Time
- 3pm – 11pm
- 5pm – 1am
- 7pm – 3am
- 11pm – 7am
Weekend availability required.

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Customer service, call center, retail, reception, or cashier experience preferred
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
