  • Experience with ServiceNow to support release management, change management, request management, and process improvements.

  • Build dashboards for ITIL processes to monitor performance, assess process effectiveness, and ensure SLA commitments are consistently met.

  • Automate password‑reset processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and reduced manual intervention.

About you

  • You are a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Linux professional with deep expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. You bring a strong ownership mindset, thrive in mission‑critical environments, and take pride in delivering secure, resilient, and high‑performing systems.

  • You have 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Linux system administration, including proven experience within the banking and financial services industry. You bring strong exposure to financial and banking environments, enabling you to effectively support critical, high‑availability platforms.

  • You possess hands‑on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, driving automation, consistency, and faster delivery cycles across Linux environments.
