Pon.Bike UK is recruiting for a motivated and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team. The Operations Coordinator acts as the central consolidation point for all operational data and processed within the UK distribution team. This role ensures seamless coordination between Sales, Finance and Operations to maintain accurate stock, order and system data which enables timely delivery and smooth communication across departments.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Effective communicator, comfortable working across multiple departments.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with an interest in operations and logistics.
