Client Account Lead, Managing Director (Army)
The Client Account Lead, Managing Director will drive our expansion and success within the Dept of Army. This executive role is responsible for setting the vision, managing existing P&L, developing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and delivering profitable growth across this vital business sector. This leader must maintain relationships with and ensure the satisfaction of executive clients, while building and leading high performing, highly engaged program teams. S/he must be a hands-on leader, be entrepreneurial by nature, be a positive disruptor, and bring a passion and proven ability for growing businesses and winning in the market. Also, the role requires you to have passion for technology and learning, with a proven track record of helping to introduce and scale emerging technologies and innovations like AI to federal clients.
The focus is on bringing the best of Accenture to the clients; building the right mix and technical delivery and sales teams; and, proactively tackling client challenges and strategic opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in federal government contracting, with a significant focus on large-scale delivery, business development, and strategic growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of executive-level leadership experience (e.g., VP, SVP, General Manager, or Executive Director) with direct accountability for financial growth targets.
- Demonstrable, verifiable history of winning significant, multi-million dollar contracts
- Deep, current, and credible relationships with senior leadership across the federal government
- Experience building and/or managing a team/organization
- Currently has a government clearance or must be willing to obtain a government clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
