The Retail Wireless Digital Sales leadership team operates in a high-velocity environment where strategic focus is often challenged by complex operational logistics. This role solves the problem of fragmentation by unifying communication workflows and ensuring administrative continuity across the executive suite. You will act as a proactive anchor, managing the friction of a fast-paced landscape so leadership can prioritize growth and innovation. What Success Looks Like Establish and maintain refined internal processes that enhance the operational efficiency of the Retail Wireless Digital Sales leadership team. Orchestrate seamless communication channels between executive leadership and the broader employee base to ensure organizational alignment. Manage highly sensitive and confidential data regarding travel, expenses, and personnel matters with absolute discretion and precision. Optimize executive productivity by leveraging generative AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and manage complex schedules. Foster cross-functional relationships with internal IT and Facilities departments to resolve systems issues and maintain a high-functioning office environment. Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies Professional poise and the ability to remain calm and effective while navigating high-pressure corporate environments. Critical experience providing high-level support to C-Suite or executive management in evolving industries. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and mobile platforms to manage complex digital workflows. AI literacy and the ability to apply generative AI tools to streamline content creation and administrative tasks. Exceptional communication expertise and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization. Strong decision-making skills rooted in a deep understanding of organizational systems and operational efficiency. Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university. Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in executive support, administrative management, or a related corporate field.
