Responsible for Keysight products key boards component repair, which includes trouble shooting, locate root cause, testing. 2. Lead collaboration with partners to deploy new capabilities for NPI products. 3. Own end-to-end resolution of cross-team production line issues. 4. Drive continuous improvement in product quality and production optimization. 5. Create, maintain, and archive work-related documentation on a daily basis. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in an electronics-related field is preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF and/or digital production or design. 3. Strong experience in schematic analysis and component-level troubleshooting. 4. Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Demonstrates strong accountability and ownership in fulfilling assigned tasks and commitments. 6. Proficient in reading and writing English.
