Job Overview This position is responsible for providing managerial and operations support to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities. The Executive Director (Float) may work alongside of or in place of a site Executive Director. Essential Functions Assists Executive Director (ED) with maintaining a high performing leadership team within the community: Assesses performance and provides regular feedback. Addresses performance issues promptly and effectively. Promotes staff understanding of the roles they play in the accomplishment of the goals of the community and provides supportive feedback on a regular basis Acts as the functioning ED for the community as needed Supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction: Is highly engaged with residents and families Meets with appropriate tenant/resident committees as requested Responds effectively to resident or family concerns Routinely conducts and/or reviews satisfaction surveys Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service and holds all employees to the same Conduct operations audits to ensure compliance with Ebenezer policies and applicable state and federal guidance. Assist with welcoming of new assisted living properties to the Ebenezer portfolio. Step in to course correct a site that is in distress financially, culturally, or operationally through modeling, evaluation of systems and processes. Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary Assists Executive Director in ensuring that the community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations Assume other responsibilities as requested. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
