Job description
As a Change Manager within TAL’s Cloud Modernisation program, this role plays a vital part in helping our people and platforms evolve for the future. By guiding stakeholders through change and building readiness for cloud-based solutions, you’ll enable smoother transitions and unlock the full value of new technologies. Your work will help strengthen capability across the organisation, ensuring our teams are equipped to adapt, grow and continue delivering better outcomes for our customers.
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
In this role you will
- Work with senior stakeholders to align on the vision, goals and rationale for change
- Identify impacted stakeholders and key influencers to support effective adoption
- Assess detailed change impacts across stakeholder groups to inform planning
- Develop strategies to prepare leaders and teams to be ready, willing and able to adopt change
- Plan and deliver targeted engagement, communication and learning activities to support transition
- Establish and monitor readiness metrics, adapting approaches to ensure successful implementation
- A proven change management professional who brings deep experience leading large-scale technology transformations
- Familiarity with cloud, platform or data modernisation environments, with a focus on driving adoption and value
- Confidence working in agile environments, partnering closely with product and platform teams to embed change
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A resilient, adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities
- A collaborative, accountable team player who is committed to achieving the best outcomes for customers and partners
