Job description

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure by maintaining impeccable standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You'll safely use cleaning materials and equipment, replenish supplies, and handle guest laundry and lost property with care. Your attention to detail and initiative will allow you to personalise and elevate guest experiences, making their stay both memorable and comfortable.

  • Must have cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel service environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for providing guests with the ultimate luxury experience
  • Physically fit and able to actively work on your feet for long periods of time
  • A positive attitude with the willingness to work as part of a team and proactively assist co-workers
  • Well organised with strong time management skills
