Foster a high-performance, engaged HR team aligned with organizational goals. Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels of employees and temporary associates. Serve as primary liaison for contingent workforce vendors. Ensure effective onboarding processes, including new hire orientation. Act as a trusted partner to management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues. Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations aligned with company policy. Support and guide performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance reviews. Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain records, reports, and logs to ensure compliance with EEO and Affirmative Action requirements. Coordinate leave of absence administration and unemployment claims in partnership with US HQ HR & third-party vendors. Ensure compliance with required labor postings and regulatory updates. Lead HR-related audits, including SMETA, SQF, and applicable state audits. Deliver and oversee compliance training programs, including harassment prevention. Support organizational development and employee training initiatives. Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports to drive data-informed decision-making. Monitor KPIs and leverage site analytics to influence continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and professional communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintain structured, thoughtful, and effective communication, particularly in sensitive labor relations matters. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex HR situations.
