Job description

Service CenterCSCS TXKey Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Transition Planning

a.    Assess and enhance Caliber’s current fleet transition plan for California, in alignment with regulatory requirements.

b.    Collaborate with our fleet management partner (Enterprise) to develop a detailed, year-by-year transition roadmap with clear targets.

  • GHG Emissions Reduction Initiatives a.    Partner with our energy utilization management company (Crete/ProStar) to evaluate ongoing HVAC and thermostat efficiency projects. b.    Analyze preliminary data from a T-Stat “set point” pilot in Tucson and help develop a scalable rollout plan across applicable facilities.
  • Supplier Engagement and GHG Reporting Accuracy a.    Work with Caliber’s supply chain and ESG teams to onboard key suppliers into the Persefoni carbon accounting platform. b.    Support transition from spend-based to activity-based emissions reporting and assess the impact on overall GHG inventory accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or a related field is generally required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with carbon accounting platforms (Persefoni experience preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Project management experience or aptitude
  • Knowledge of California environmental regulations is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
