Service CenterCSCS TXKey Responsibilities:
- Fleet Transition Planning
a. Assess and enhance Caliber’s current fleet transition plan for California, in alignment with regulatory requirements.
b. Collaborate with our fleet management partner (Enterprise) to develop a detailed, year-by-year transition roadmap with clear targets.
- GHG Emissions Reduction Initiatives a. Partner with our energy utilization management company (Crete/ProStar) to evaluate ongoing HVAC and thermostat efficiency projects. b. Analyze preliminary data from a T-Stat “set point” pilot in Tucson and help develop a scalable rollout plan across applicable facilities.
- Supplier Engagement and GHG Reporting Accuracy a. Work with Caliber’s supply chain and ESG teams to onboard key suppliers into the Persefoni carbon accounting platform. b. Support transition from spend-based to activity-based emissions reporting and assess the impact on overall GHG inventory accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or a related field is generally required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with carbon accounting platforms (Persefoni experience preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Project management experience or aptitude
- Knowledge of California environmental regulations is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
