Your Role at Cabot
Cabot Latvia is seeking collaborative, customer-service driven talents to join our growing Customer Care department! In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customer orders and ensure their full and timely completion in collaboration with the customer and other departments in Cabot.
You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, and work across teams at Cabot to ensure all customer needs are met.
How You Will Make an Impact
You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including coordinating the execution of shipments with transportation group.
You will keep customers well-informed of any changes.
You will find solutions to satisfy customer needs when issues occur.
You will keep records of customer orders in our ERP system.
What You Will Bring to Cabot
Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Multitasking: setting right priorities, planning and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure when needed.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
Fluent in English.
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 15:30 - 00:00.
Permanent contract.
Salary: 1350 - 1800 EUR Gross.
Health insurance from first day of work.
Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.
Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
