募集職種:グリーン・ビルディング・コンサルタント(ERM Japan)
業務内容(Responsibilities)
Sustainable Assetsチームの一員として、不動産業界のクライアントに対し、以下のようなサステナビリティ関連サービスの提供を担当していただきます:
グリーンビルディング認証(LEED、WELLなど)、GRESB対応、ESG戦略立案支援
建築設計図書やクライアント資料の分析、ギャップ分析の実施、改善提案の策定
LEEDやWELLなどの認証取得に必要な提出書類の作成(第三者審査に耐えうる品質)
ESG、気候変動、サーキュラーエコノミー、再生可能エネルギー、サステナブルファイナンス、サプライチェーン、自然資本などに関するレポートや資料の作成
サステナビリティ報告書やESG評価、気候関連開示(TCFD等)に関する文書の構成・執筆・編集・校正
プロジェクト会議やワークショップへの参加、関連ドキュメントの管理
ビジネス開発支援(調査、マーケティング、提案書作成など)
プロジェクトマネージャーやパートナーの補佐
応募要件(Requirements)
環境、電気、機械、建築、化学、土木工学、建築設計、サステナブル開発、環境科学などの分野での学士号(修士号歓迎)
グリーンビルディング、不動産、建築設計、建設分野での2〜5年の実務経験(経験豊富な方はシニア職も検討可)
プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎的な経験
ネイティブレベルの日本語力必須、英語(読み書きレベル)歓迎

Position: Green Building Consultant (ERM Japan)
Responsibilities
As a member of the Sustainable Assets team, you will support real estate clients through a variety of sustainability-related services, including:
Green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL), GRESB reporting, and ESG strategy development
Analyzing architectural and client documentation, conducting gap analyses, and identifying improvement opportunities
Preparing high-quality submittal documents for green building certifications that meet third-party verification standards
Creating reports and materials related to ESG, climate change, circular economy, renewable energy, sustainable finance, supply chain management, and biodiversity
Drafting, editing, and proofreading sustainability reports, ESG ratings, and climate-related disclosures (e.g., TCFD)
Participating in project meetings and workshops, and managing related documentation
Supporting business development activities such as research, marketing, and proposal preparation
Assisting Project Managers and Partners with project execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in environmental, electrical, mechanical, architectural, chemical, or civil engineering, architecture, sustainable development, or environmental science
2–5 years of relevant experience in green building, real estate, building design, or construction (more experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Consultant role)
Foundational experience in project management
Native-level Japanese proficiency is required; written English proficiency is preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and a proactive mindset
Willingness to travel domestically for short-term business trips
Nice to Have
Ability to communicate effectively with MEP designers and contractors using technical terminology
Knowledge of energy efficiency in buildings
Ability to convert energy consumption data into GHG emissions
Experience with energy or daylight simulation tools
LEED or WELL AP credentials
