Your Job
- Lead Purchasing Excellence across the EU, driving process harmonization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the regional focal point for sustainability, managing circularity initiatives and defining/implementing utility strategies in coordination with countries.
- Head the Sourcing Excellence team, ensuring alignment with global guidelines across all categories.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to unlock cost opportunities and support commodity strategies.
- Oversee regional project consolidation (PMO), fostering innovation and execution excellence.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and KPI governance at regional level.
- Lead systems optimization and P2P automation, in close collaboration with global teams.
- Govern commodity management strategies and strengthen contract management frameworks.
About You
- Strong experience in procurement excellence, sourcing, and category management within a complex, international environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-country initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Solid background in sustainability, risk management, and compliance within procurement.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on capability in process optimization, digitalization, and automation (P2P).
- Strong project management skills, with experience in PMO and driving innovation programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at regional and global level.
