What the day will look like As a Senior Global Benefits Consultant & Team Manager, you will balance people leadership with client and project delivery responsibilities, supporting your team while managing complex Global Benefits initiatives. Lead the team’s workload in line with capacity and customer priorities Mentor, engage and develop team members, balancing individual goals with business needs Take ownership of people management and related administrative responsibilities Prepare and analyze reports and metrics required by business leaders Deliver services within a Global Benefits specialization (e.g. Consulting, Brokerage, Expat) Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of services and projects Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation of new tools Support and lead GB transition, optimization, and organizational change projects Act as a customer concern point for sophisticated operational or stakeholder-related issues How this opportunity is different This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on Global Benefits expertise with people leadership in a dynamic, international environment. You will influence strategic decisions, partner with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping and optimizing Global Benefits delivery while developing and empowering your team. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience: Minimum 5 years and proven record in leading people Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Languages: Conversational English at a minimum C1 level, both spoken and written, to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients. Skills: Strong partnership, change, and project management capabilities. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
