Job description

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Mövenpick’s culinary and wellness standards
  • Oversee banquet kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution of all events and functions
  • Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO) carefully to ensure accurate preparation and service delivery
  • Coordinate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure successful banquet operations
  • Support the main kitchen operations during non-event periods with flexibility across kitchen sections
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
  • Train, coach, and support junior kitchen team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in banquet operations within a premium hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong culinary skills with solid hot kitchen experience
  • Good understanding of banquet operations and BEO execution
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Culinary certification or relevant qualification is preferred
  • Able to communicate in both Thai and English
