At Mama, business meets pleasure — and you're the mastermind behind every unforgettable event! 🎉
From corporate seminars to wild birthdays, you handle everything from “Hello” to final invoice with energy, precision, and good vibes. 💫

You’re the single point of contact for our clients, juggling planning, coordination, and follow-up like a pro – all while spreading the Mama spirit. ✨ You’re the go-to person who makes Mama the place to be for events.

You work hand-in-hand with every department (Culinary, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office…) to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You handle quotes, bookings, logistics, payments, and reporting – and you still manage to make people feel special and delighted.

On top of that, you help grow our visibility and revenue 📈 by nurturing great relationships with agencies and companies, and by applying a smart commercial strategy. 💸

You keep one eye on market trends and the other on guest satisfaction.
