Job description
In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary digital health team delivering a Salesforce-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Patient Administration System (PAS). You will play a key role in translating complex clinical workflows into system requirements that support safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care.
This role acts as the critical link between clinical stakeholders and the digital health product team, ensuring clinical intent is accurately reflected in system design, configuration, and delivery.
You will also contribute to Agile delivery, Level 2 application support, testing, and go-live activities within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Let's talk about you!
You are a clinically experienced professional with strong business analysis and clinical implementation experience, holding current AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience; or you are a Registered Nurse or clinical professional with current AHPRA registration and strong business analysis capability
You will bring clinical or health service experience, along with business analysis or clinical informatics exposure, including EMR/PAS implementation or support. You have strong stakeholder engagement experience and Agile delivery experience, with excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and participate in on-call support if required.
