Strategic planning, management, and optimization of all paid social and paid search activities (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Quality assurance of campaign setups and further development of audience, funnel, and channel strategies with a focus on lead generation Development of practical best practices and guidelines based on performance data, including KPI definition, strategic reporting, and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Ensuring reliable tracking and measurement concepts (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel & Events) Responsibility for budget planning, control, and forecasting. Technical sparring and support for junior digital marketing specialists. Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g., web, design, sales) for the strategic development of paid media activities.

5 years of practical, hands-on experience in paid social and paid search/SEA, including at least 1 year with strategic management and budget responsibility Very good understanding of paid media platforms, audience strategies, and funnel logic in the context of lead generation and conversion optimization. In-depth knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking and measurement concepts. Very good written and spoken English skills (C1). Knowledge of German is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking skills, strong consulting skills, and an organized approach to work.
