Business Manager

A well-established franchised motor dealership in the Louth area is seeking a Business Manager to join its sales team. This role focuses on arranging vehicle finance, presenting protection products, and supporting the sales team to maximise profitability while ensuring a compliant and customer-focused finance process. The role Arrange and structure vehicle finance packages for retail customers Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products including protection products and warranties Work closely with the sales team to support deal structure and maximise profitability Liaise with finance houses and lenders to secure approvals and competitive packages Ensure full compliance with regulatory and lender requirements Maintain accurate deal documentation and finance files Support the dealership in achieving finance penetration and product targets
