About the Role Stefan’s law firm is a small but growing practice composed of one other solicitor, four paralegals, and an office in RNP. The firm recently acquired a conveyancing operation in Carring bar and is currently seeking a Virtual Assistant with conveyancing experience to support the team due to an upcoming vacancy. One of the firm’s two conveyancers will be leaving by mid-May, creating an immediate need for a qualified replacement who can quickly integrate into the workflow and become operational within 1–2 weeks . Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for conveyancing matters Assist with file management and conveyancing documentation Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions Coordinate with solicitors, paralegals, and relevant stakeholders Ensure smooth progression of conveyancing processes Support the team in maintaining efficient workflow during transition Required Qualifications Proven experience in conveyancing Experience with New South Wales (NSW) conveyancing is highly preferred Candidates with broader Australian conveyancing experience will also be considered Familiarity with TriConvey software is highly desirable Ability to learn quickly and work independently Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can step into the role with minimal training and adapt quickly to existing processes. While direct NSW conveyancing experience is preferred, strong Australian conveyancing background, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic will also be highly valued.
