Production Planner Location –Tucson, AZ Work Arrangement – Onsite,

Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), with potential weekend overtime

What you’ll do ⦿ Production Scheduling: Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. You will release and track work orders, monitor progress against schedules, and adjust plans as needed to resolve bottlenecks. Success means maintaining efficient production flow with minimal delays. ⦿ Coordination & Communication: Work closely with production, quality, and materials teams daily to align activities and ensure material availability before job start. Effective communication and collaboration are key to success in this role. ⦿ Capacity & Process Planning: Plan around curing processes and equipment capacity to optimize production efficiency. You will support dispatch scheduling and help meet delivery commitments. ⦿ Operational Excellence: Monitor production progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions. Your role directly supports operational efficiency and reliable production outcomes. ⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring Must-haves: ⦿ Experience in production planning and scheduling ⦿ Working knowledge of SAP ⦿ Strong communication and coordination skills ⦿ Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Nice-to-haves: ⦿ Three or more years of experience in production planning and scheduling ⦿ Manufacturing experience, preferably in rubber lining or steel fabrication industries
