Job description

Job Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Account Manager to drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic account development skills to achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Support junior sales staff or coordinate account activities where required.

  • Team collaboration and leadership capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
