Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker Location: Castlebar, Co. Mayo Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (occasional Saturday overtime) Our client is a well-established precision fabrication company based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, serving Ireland's pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. We are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in manufacturing and assembling sheet metal components to exacting standards. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Fabricate, cut, weld, bend, and assemble sheet metal components to high precision standards. Interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Plan, organise, and prioritise jobs to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines. Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop environment in safe and efficient working order. Work to health, safety, and quality assurance standards at all times.
