Weāre looking for an experienced Lead Certified Veterinary Technician to join our clinic and help take patient care, team leadership, and clinic culture to the next level. If youāre the type of person who can run a treatment floor, support your team, educate clients and still hype everyone up during a chaotic day⦠we want you š
This is not a ābasic techā role. Youāll be heavily involved in advanced patient care, leadership, training, surgery, client communication, and helping the clinic operate smoothly while maintaining top-tier medicine.
š¼ What Youāll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting the technician team throughout daily clinic operations
- Working hand and hand with our practice manager to ensure tech land is running smoothly
- Mentoring and training newer technicians and assistants
- Helping create efficient workflows and maintaining positive team culture
- Assisting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, surgery and treatment plans
- Monitoring anesthesia and surgical patients
- Performing blood draws, IV catheter placement, radiographs, lab work, dental procedures and nursing care
- Managing hospitalized and critical care patients
- Educating pet parents and making sure they feel informed and supported
- Helping maintain inventory, treatment protocols, and medical standards
- Advocating for both patients and your team every single day

š What Weāre Looking For:
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
- Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program
- VTNE completed and active credentials required
- Previous veterinary experience required
- Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and patient advocacy
- Interest or experience in surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, rehab, acupuncture, or laser therapy is a huge plus
