Job description
Store keeper responsible for receiving, inspecting and documenting all inbound deliveries and preparing, coordinating all outbound dispatches by ensuring correct picking, labeling and handover to logistics drivers. Ideal for graduates with foundational understanding of supply chain operations, strong skills on driving compliance with warehouse SOPs, accurate tracking and efficient material flow.
- Receiving & Recording: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. Accurately record inventory levels, stock movements, and related transactions in the ERP system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory availability.
- Outbound Operations: Prepare daily outbound orders, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow adjustments in line with company policies. Generating reports to be able to understand the monthly/daily operation volumes and take necessary actions.
- Cycle Counts & Stock Accuracy: Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits to ensure high inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales Operations, and other internal & external teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment of inventory accuracy with overall business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years of logistics, warehouse experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot, lookups), basic understanding of ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, data interpretation, and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
