The role IT Support & Data Analyst Are you interested in providing technical support to users and ensuring the operational continuity of IT services and technology tools in corporate environments? Create reports, dashboards, and data analysis using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational optimization through data analysis. What we need to see from you Professional in Systems Engineering or related fields, with experience in technical support and data analysis within corporate environments. Experience providing onsite and remote technical support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and applications. Knowledge of ticket management and follow-up, incident diagnosis and resolution, ensuring SLA compliance. Experience in data analysis, report generation, and dashboard creation using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.
