This role will directly support the Human Capital Services – Wealth – Retirement business, partnering with stakeholders across technology and the business to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. The primary focus of this role is delivery ownership — managing scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication to ensure programmes land on time and to expectations. The successful candidate will also bring enough business analysis experience to engage meaningfully in requirements definition and documentation, bridging the gap between the Retirement business and the technology teams building solutions for them. Key Responsibilities Project Management Own end-to-end delivery accountability across one or more concurrent projects — from initiation through to successful completion. Define and baseline project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; maintain these throughout the project lifecycle. Produce and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to provide clear visibility to all stakeholders. Drive timely decision-making across business and technology stakeholders, escalating blockers and issues as needed. Conduct regular project checkpoints and steering updates, ensuring alignment to milestones, commitments, and timelines. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks before they impact outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams — including engineering, QA, operations, and IT — to maintain delivery momentum. Communicate project status, decisions, and risks clearly and consistently to senior stakeholders and leadership. Work effectively within Agile delivery environments, understanding sprint-based workflows and collaborating constructively with Agile teams without assuming a Scrum Master function. Business Analysis Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for new features and process improvements. Decompose high-level business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria suitable for Agile delivery teams. Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring shared understanding of requirements and priorities. Support traceability from business requirements through to delivered solutions. Contribute to analysis of complex business problems using data from customers, partners, and internal sources. Collaborate with QA resources to define test cases aligned to requirements. Continuously evaluate the quality and completeness of requirements documentation. Required Experience 7–10 years of experience in project management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional technology programmes. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or requirements management. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and the ability to work effectively alongside Agile teams. Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and senior leadership. Experience partnering with Product Managers and contributing to delivery planning against a product roadmap. Experience in wealth management, retirement, or broader financial services preferred. Skills & Competencies Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages across audiences. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
