Law Clerk Intern - Logan, UT

The key responsibility of this position is to provide aid to our attorneys and legal department.

The following list of functions describes the work to be performed, but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, processes, and tasks that the job may require.

• Preliminary contract review
• Document review as needed by legal partners in the firm
• Legal coordination inside development and acquisition/disposition workload
• Assist in implementing new contract management systems
• Conducting diligence on acquisitions of property and new businesses.
