Job description
PT. Midplaza Prima is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Engineering to perform duties to ensure that all electrical equipment functions properly while optimizing the productivity of the Electrical Maintenance Staff. Responsibilities: Ensure that the following systems and equipment are functioning properly and maintained in accordance with established standards: Transformer, MV & LV Panels Reverse Osmosis System Deep Well Monitoring System Cooling Tower Chiller Generator System Internal Training Programs Tenant Projects FDB & MCC Panels Capacitor Bank Outdoor Lighting Sewage & Pit Pumps Record and report any technical issues to the superior while actively participating in resolving the problems. Assist in ensuring that all system and equipment maintenance schedules are carried out on time. Ensure all tasks are performed correctly in accordance with safety standards and that the work area is kept clean after completion. Assist the Engineering Manager in monitoring ongoing project works within Midplaza. Ensure all work equipment and tools are returned to their designated locations after use. Inspect, record, and update equipment specification data and operational records within the building. Stay updated with technological advancements that may support and improve building operations. Provide recommendations to the Engineering Manager regarding spare part replacement requirements. Develop and conduct internal skill training programs for staff to ensure optimal work performance.
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Building Engineering or Plant Room operations. Strong understanding of electrical systems, chillers, generators, electrical panels, and building utilities. Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of occupational health and safety procedures (K3). Strong leadership and communication skills.
