We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Global Finance Transformation & Core Model Director to lead the transformation of our end-to-end transactional processes across a complex and international organization. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a highly visible role at the heart of our transformation agenda. You will drive the deployment of a Group Core Model, harmonize processes and systems, and ensure strong alignment between business needs, Finance, and digital capabilities. Acting as a Finance Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operating model, accelerating decision-making, and delivering tangible business impact. You will manage a team of 3 direct reports and work closely with senior stakeholders across functions globally. Responsibilities 1. Finance Transformation & Core Model Leadership Own and continuously evolve the Group Finance Core Model across key processes (O2C, P2P, F2S, R2R) and ensure consistency between global standards and local business needs Drive governance in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data teams 2. ERP & Transformation Programs Lead the deployment of a centralized ERP landscape (SAP ECC & S/4HANA) across entities and own the functional leadership of the S/4HANA transition Ensure alignment between business processes, systems, and user requirements Manage external partners and consulting firms involved in transformation programs 3. Finance BI & Performance Management Lead the development and rollout of Finance BI capabilities Define standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, and business rules Build and drive the Finance BI roadmap in collaboration with the Data Office 4. User Support & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the implementation of a scalable user support model (BPOs, key users, IT) and establish governance to prioritize improvements and manage incidents effectively 5. Governance & Program Leadership Lead cross-functional alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data and drive decision-making on processes, systems, and transformation priorities Own program roadmap delivery, risk management, and escalation to senior leadership Qualifications Proven experience in Finance transformation programs within complex, international environments Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and large-scale implementations Solid Finance background with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes (O2C, P2P, F2S, R2R) Strong leadership and influence in matrix organizations. Excellent change management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to bridge business, systems, data, and performance management topics Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities High level of adaptability in multi-cultural environments Fluent English required.
